The Assembly   l   L'Assemblée
 
The Assembly is the highest authority in the association, bringing together all members.
L'Assemblée est la plus haute autorité de l'Association, réunissant toutes membres.
 
  • The Assembly meets in ordinary session once every year.
    L'Assemblée se réunit en session ordinaire une fois par an.
  • Each Assembly session elects a Chairman and Vice- Chairman for such session from amongst the full members.
    Chaque session de l'Assemblée élit un Président et un Vice-Président pour cette session Parmi les membres à part entière.
  • Procedures for such elections are in the custody of the Secretariat.
    Les procédures pour ces élections sont sous la garde du Secrétariat.
  • The Assembly takes its decisions by a simple majority vote of its full members voting.
    L'Assemblée prend ses décisions à la majorité simple des voix de ses membres à part entière vote.
  • The quorum for a session of the Assembly is two-thirds of its full and associate members.
    Le quorum pour une session de l'Assemblée est le deux tiers de son plein et associé membres.
  • The Assembly elects the members of the Council for a term of 3 years.
